Fixed Wireless ISP Access Network
With time comes change, and in the technology services industry, changes come quickly and often. When the Vector network was first built, Verizon and a handful of wireline competitors provided the only viable business internet options in our region, at speeds and levels of reliability that would be laughable by today's standards. Now, low-cost fiber optic connectivity is universally available from multiple providers. In light of this improved technology landscape, we’ll be discontinuing operation of the Vector microwave ISP network in Q4 2024. This will allow us to focus on advancing our voice network as well as continued expansion of our cloud service offerings in the healthcare industry. We're proud to have provided this service to the Washington, DC metro area since 2007, but please note that we are no longer accepting new orders for service or quote requests for ISP service at this time.
